How long should I wait for the order to be ready?

It depends on the size of the order, ranging from 2 weeks to 6 weeks .But as for the shipping time, it depends on the situation. For detailed information about the delivery time of the product at the destination, contact our sales manager.

Considering the existing sanctions against Iran, is it possible to cooperate with your company?

This is not our first export experience. Siraj Kashi company bypasses existing sanctions including financial exchanges with its infrastructure, solutions and experience. These restrictions do not hinder our trade with different countries of the world.

Do we need a different installer to install these types of tiles?

No, the installation and implementation of Our tiles is no different from ordinary tiles and ceramics. Any skilled tiler can do it.

If needed, you can get free tile installation advice from us for safer and better implementation.

Do you export and transport to other countries?

Yes, we usually export under Incoterms FOB or CIF and we fulfill our responsibilities carefully.

How can I trust your company?

You can come to our factory in Isfahan in person and evaluate our collection closely. Regarding the quality and quantity and reliability of the cargo, we use international inspection companies such as SGS.

How to register an order?

What can be done if my tile arrives broken?

When your order arrives, immediately inspect your tile to ensure it has not been damaged during transit. We make sure our tile leaves our docks in perfect condition. However, we do anticipate a few tiles may break during shipment (it’s why we almost always include some extras). If you notice a significant amount of breakage or clear issues with the packing, please take several photos of the damaged tile in detail as well as the boxes the order arrived in. Detailed photos and counts of what is broken will help us better serve you as we assess the damage to your order. Contact your Design Consultant or sales team member immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping company, and we’ll try our best to replace any damaged tile as quickly as possible.

If I order too much, and I don't want it, can I return it?

Each order is custom made. Therefore, we cannot take back your order after it is completed and if there is no problem. But we can help you sell it.

Do we need to seal our tiles?

It is definitely better to seal it. Sealing ceramic tiles is an efficient and effective way to ensure that nothing happens to the floor of your house or bathroom and that water does not leak out. In case of not sealing, there may be no problem, but in the long run it may reduce the beauty and life of the tile.

Also, if the tiles are installed for use in a pond or pool, it is better to apply nano-sealing material to them after sealing, for greater safety.

What are the most popular colors and designs for ceramic tiles?

The emerald green color, size 7x30, is the most popular and requested product from our collection, and it is among the patterned models, some Moroccan and Iranian styles that are available in our 2025 catalog file. You can get it from the sales manager.

Can your ceramic tiles be used in high traffic areas?

Yes, our tiles are no different from normal tiles in terms of resistance and stability. We also guarantee the permanent durability of the paint and glaze as stated in the contract

Can I choose custom colors for hand painted tiles?

Yes, send us your desired pattern, and your desired color combination will be included on the tile.

Do you have stock for all shapes and colors?

Due to the uniqueness of each order we do not stock any of our colors or sizes. All products are made to order, and lead times are quoted at the time of purchase.

Why is it suggested that I buy 10% more than the required amount for my installation?

15% is a general rule of thumb when ordering tile. It’s meant to cover loss of material during cutting and possible job site jostling. Most often when a unique, handmade tile cut has been made, the remaining piece of tile cannot be used anywhere else, resulting in fewer tiles than expected. Placing smaller refill orders after the initial order can be costly and time consuming, and due to the inherent batch variation with our tile, a second run could end up looking different from the original order.

Under what conditions does the color and glaze of the tiles peel off?

This is likely to happen in only two cases:

1: When sharp blows hit the surface of the tile.

2: When the tiles are installed in the swimming pool and outdoors in cold areas and if the material is not made of porcelain and it is not sealed as well as the tiles. Therefore, in cold regions, porcelain tiles should be used and the ceramic installer should seal with great care. that water does not penetrate under the tiles. Because if water penetrates under the tile and freezes, its paint and glaze may be peel.

What if my item arrives damaged?

All our items are carefully packed according to international shipping standards and shipped fully insured, so the risk of damage during transport is very low.

However, if you receive your order and notice damage—only applicable for our special 7-color tiles—please do the following:

Notify us within 5 calendar days of receiving the shipment.

Send us a photo of the broken tile from exactly front view.

We will replace and resend the same piece free of charge as soon as possible.

Please note that damage claims submitted after 5 calendar days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Can we visit your company in Iran?

Yes, you are very welcome to visit us at any time. Our office and workshop are located in Esfahan, Iran.
